A complete experience for the DollCon Dallas convention and their doll collector community.
Event management and ticketing
As a convention, DollCon Dallas requires a lot of information to be presented to its attendees. A programming schedule, vendor and speaker list, hotel information, and more was created to make it easy to follow for visitors.
For ticket and workshop sales, I utilized WooCommerce as the choice sales platform and added custom fields to the product page to customize it based on the convention’s needs.
Community activity
To keep their community engaged while waiting for the convention to start, a forum and activity feed was added so members could share news and ask questions. Members have their own profiles, can message each other privately, and can post in a feed that works like other familiar social media platforms.
